Frequently Asked Questions

What about my insurance deductible?
You are responsible for your deductible in its entirety. We cannot waive or “bury” your deductible. PLEASE do not ask us to break the law.

Should I remove my belongings from the car?
Yes! Do this at the accident scene whenever possible or as soon afterward as you can. Often cars cannot be properly secured for extended periods after accidents making them easy prey for thieves. We may not receive your car in the same condition as you left it at the accident scene.

Can the insurance company tell me where to take my car?
No! They can only recommend repair facilities; the final choice is up to you.

Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?
Yes, we would be happy to provide this service to you. We want each customer’s visit to be a positive experience and will work diligently toward that goal. We provide both a pickup and delivery service.

How can I get a rental car?
If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.

Will the color match?
With our highly skilled and trained professionals we are able to reproduce the finish on your vehicle. We use only the highest quality paint manufactured by Standox. We not only duplicate the precise color but also the texture.

Are you open on Saturday?
Yes, we are open from 9:00am – 11:00am on Saturday. Monday thru Friday hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm

How long will repairs take?
There are many factors to consider when estimating length of time for the repairs. We know you depend on your vehicle, but rushing repairs could result in a less satisfactory repair. Our professional estimators do their best to let you know how long it will take, and we do our very best to meet that goal. Remember we don’t get paid until the job is complete so it’s to our advantage to complete the work well and in a timely manner.

Will my vehicle drive the same?
Vehicles with frame or suspension damage will require a two or four wheel alignment. We have blueprints of every vehicle to ensure that frame or unibody is returned to its pre-accident condition. With precise frame repair and state-of-the-art alignment equipment your vehicle will drive and handle the same as it was manufactured to do, except in cases when the vehicle has wear on undamaged parts.
